Recommendation To Parents Guardians

Best education can be achieved by the maximum co-operation between parents and the School authorities

1. Parents should go through their ward’s school diary daily and countersign any remarks written either by the Principal or a teacher and make sure that their ward has not been forging their signatures.
2. Parents are requested to study all the rules of the school carefully and abide by them faithfully and also have them observed by their children.
3. Parents are expected to co-operate with the staff in enforcing personal hygiene, regularity and discipline by seeing that their children prepare their lessons and do their homework as mentioned in their diaries and by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
4. Parents - Teachers’ meeting is held after every exam. All guardians are supposed to sign the diary available with the respective class teachers to mark their presence on PTM days.
5. Parents are requested not to take side of their ward against teachers and be careful while communicating to your wards’ teacher as your behavior will be reflected in your ward.
6. Parents and guardians are not allowed to walk into the classroom or meet teachers during school hours. Those who want to discuss the welfare and progress of their children may meet the Principal / the teacher concerned, with prior appointment from the Principal / assigned authority.
7. Parents are requested not to send their ward to school in case the ward is suffering from any infectious disease.
8. Parents may approach the school counsellor with prior appointment during school hours. The school provides counselling service to the students in academic, social and behavioural problems.
9. Parents should make sure that their child ought to devote sufficient time for private study daily.
10. Parents should first consult the school calendar, date sheet and other circulars before making any enquiry on the phone.
11. Parents / Guardians are requested to notify the school for any change of address and phone number.
12. Parents are requested to report the Principal, if their ward needs special attention for his/her specific habits or traits of character.
13. Parents are requested to note that if their ward brings home anything from the school without teacher’s knowledge, it should be sent back the very next day.
14. Parents are requested to pay the fees on stipulated time periods. 
15. Parents are requested to come to school in proper decent attire (shorts and sleep-overs looks indecent in school premises).
