Rules For Fees

Rules of Fees

  1. School fees is paid for all the 12 months of the year. No partial or monthly payment will be accepted. For any inquiry and clarifications, you can contact the school office.
  2. In case of any pending dues, no documents will be issued from the school.
  3. For online payment of fees, you can use Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI by visiting the school website www.stteresa.ac.in. Click on the “Pay Online” option, enter the required details such as Registration Code, select the fees to be paid, and click on Submit. Confirm the details on the Payment Summary page and then click on Proceed. Select your payment option (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI). You will be redirected to the payment gateway. After successful payment, a confirmation will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
  4. The yearly fees is divided into four installments of three months each. Fees are collected in the months of April, July, October, and January.
  5. The last date for fee submission is the 20th of April, 20th of July, 20th of October, and 20th of January, as per the schedule.
  6. After the due date, fees will be automatically revised with a late fee of ₹20 per day.
  7. Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
  8. No NEFT / RTGS payment is allowed for school fees payment as it does not reflect in the school portal.
  9. Once a child is withdrawn, admission fees must be paid again at the time of re-admission.
  10. No reduction in fees shall be made for students joining late after vacations or for any period of absence.
