Admissions Policy

Admission is open to all irrespective of caste, creed or race.

A minimum of 3 years as on 1st April of the year for admission to Nursery and correspondingly for higher classes is required.

Application for registration must be made on the prescribed form along with the following documents attached to it:
a. Two passport-size photographs of the child to be affixed in the space given in the Registration form.
b. Self-attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the child issued from Municipal Corporation. (Original to be brought at the time of depositing Registration Form.)
c. Self-attested photocopy of marksheet/report card of child’s previous class.
d. Self-attested photocopy of certificate or marksheet of parents’ highest qualification.
e. Original Transfer Certificate from child’s previous school.
f. Self-attested photocopy of residence proof.
g. Self-attested photocopy of Aadhar card of child and both the parents.
h. Self-attested photocopy of marksheet/report card of sibling(s) studying in this school, if any.

A child who is seeking admission for the first time has to produce Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation in support of proof of Date of Birth.

An interaction/screening for subjects – English, Mathematics and Hindi – will be conducted to test the subject knowledge of the students seeking admission to Class Second and above.

List of successful students will be published on the school notice board on the scheduled date.

Admission Form along with the admission fee should be submitted to the school office on or before the date mentioned in the list of successful students, failing which the selection stands cancelled.

In no case a student will be admitted to a class higher than that for which he/she is entitled to.

Registration of a child does not guarantee admission in the class applied for.

Registration Form will not be accepted if the required documents are not attached along with the Form.

A child who has already attended any school will not be granted admission without a School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate (TC).

Provisional admission will be revoked if the child does not produce final examination result and Transfer Certificate from the previous school within the specified time.

Documents once deposited along with the Registration Form will not be returned.

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Registration Form is not transferable.

Documents required for admission are not returned.

No donation is taken for admission by the institution or its representative in any case.
